1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with Rankertop for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Email support@rankertop.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.
- Include your account email address and the reason for your request.
- We will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method via Paddle, our payment processor.
3. Eligibility
- Refunds are available within 30 days of the initial purchase or renewal date.
- Only the most recent billing period is eligible for a refund.
- Free trial periods are not eligible for refunds (no charge occurs during trial).
- Refunds are limited to one per customer per 12-month period.
4. After Refund
Once a refund is processed, your account will be downgraded to the free tier. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. Your data will not be deleted.
5. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time outside the 30-day guarantee window.
